My name is Matthew Jackson. I am a consultant and a CFA charterholder, and I have over a decade of experience helping companies solve problems.

Crossing a new frontier means taking a step that leads you into transformational territory. This could be launching a new pricing model, re-designing your proposition, or changing how you compensate your staff. I’ve worked with advisors on all of these topics.
How we work together
Everything begins in strategy. Just like a financial plan, there are certain steps you we need to go through to establish where you want to get to and where you are starting from. This usually takes 3-5 sessions.
The step beyond this point varies from business to business. It could be an intense period of interaction where we address an urgent need. Or it could be a slow-burn initiative requiring light / sporadic support for several months.
Like a financial planning relationship, all transformations require multi-year interactions and no two journeys are the same.
How I charge
The nature of a “dialectic”, or conversation that leads to a solution, means that the best compensation structure is one that fits your individual trajectory.
My consulting rate is $475 per hour. What you pay in total depends on your ambition and needs, and is always within your control.
